Major responsibilities

* Manage office administration tasks

* Manage office security and disaster recovery policies and practices

* Assist with client education administration and logistics
Requirements
- 3 + years of relevant Administrative or office manager experience

- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel

- experience with expensing, scheduling and order processing and reporting

- experience with supporting managers and supervisors in various departments
