Our client, a PHOENIX Law Firm is seeking a licensed BILINGUAL ATTORNEY with experience in IMMIGRATION Law with a minimum of 2 years of experience with USCIS cases to join its team. If candidate has Criminal Law experience, it is a bonus but not required.

The position includes the following duties:
- Prepare, attend, interview and represent USCIS clients.
- Review and sign forms/packets before they are sent to USCIS.
- Provide excellent service and quality work efficiently.
- Assist with in office consultations and explain the legal process to clients.
- Follow up on post interview to make sure approvals/greens cards are received.
- Follow up with RFS's and ensure timely responses.
- Work closely with USCIS staff for questions, concerns, training's needed.
- Conduct research, draft briefs, motions and issues generally related to USCIS. (However, may be asked to assist with Court research and writing as needed.)

Requirements
