Staffing Coordinator / Administrative Clerk (BHIF)

Set-up, maintain and retrieve general files for facility or department.
Manage and coordinate administrative programs and office activities.
Use computer software to create spreadsheets, manage databases and prepare presentations, reports and documents.
Answer telephones and take messages or transfer calls.
Calendar management, schedule appointments, update calendars and arrange staff meetings
Perform basic bookkeeping.
Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent required, prefer Bachelor's degree.
ADDITIONAL REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS:
This position is responsible for multiple processes related to daily operations of the BHIF Clinical Department including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory of supplies, assists with scheduling meetings and appointments for BHIF Clinical Administration, data gathering and tracking, general clerical duties, assists with special projects, and maintains daily schedule of employees including on call staffing for BHIF Clinical Department.
Licenses/Designations/Certifications: Must have or be able to obtain a valid Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS) Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
