Analyzes and manages
customer accounts to promote business growth consistent with the ILS business

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyzes profitability of the assigned accounts, monitoring customer
shipping trends and patterns, and identifying additional revenue sources and

Identifies factors that influence customer decisions and develops
creative strategies to close sales and promote new business.

Responds to customers inquiries and resolves customer problems and
requests through collaboration with local management team.
Contacts current or former customers and potential prospects to
promote new business and advance to proposal and close the deal.
Provides feedback and recommendations to improve profitability and
efficiencies of the current customers. Delivers feedback to managers and
evaluates operations’ performance.
Provides training and educates team on customer status, key customer
needs, requirements, and service impact. Maintains rapport with operations on customer education, status, and

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Education,
- Associates degree or one to two years related
experience and/or training.
- Five (5) years produce
- Three (3) years of experience in logistics, transportation, or closely

TL and LTL procurement, pricing, carrier compliance and management of
