Position Summary: Enhance the guest’s experience at VH Spa
for Vitality Health by providing superior guest service during check in and
check out, by providing tours of the spa facility, scheduling appointments, and
charging for services while creating an environment of relaxation and luxury.
Contributing to leadership in VH Spa by
supervising hosting and service provider staff on-shift.
Contributing to the business health of VH Spa
by participating in Leadership Team meetings and taking on specific
responsibilities as assigned by the Spa Director.
 

 

  

 

Supervisory
Responsibilities:
 

 

   

 
     
  • Carry out
    supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies
    and applicable laws.
     
  •  
 

· Leadership: 

 

ü Provide
training to all spa host associates and service providers related to spa
software for appointment bookings, POS and file maintenance
 

 

ü Provide
support, direction and feedback to the spa hosts and service providers
 

 

ü Assist
guests in all spa, retail and fitness areas as needed
  

 
     
  • Provide
    leadership to all associates to ensure high quality, knowledgeable
    personnel.
     
  •  
  • Taking
    on responsibilities as assigned by the Spa Director (i.e.
    computer/marketing software management, design and/or production of
    promotional materials, maintenance of the VH Spa internet micro-site,
    editing of monthly spa newsletter).
     
  •  
  • Supervising
    the hosting and service provider staff during spa shifts, assigning duties
    as needed.
