Windows / Linux System Administrator

Gould Intelligent (an Arizona company) is seeking a Windows/Linux System Administrator for a long-term contract in Phoenix, AZ. Position will primarily be remote with occasional onsite meetings in downtown Phoenix. Initial 3 days will also be onsite. Pay range $40 – 52/hr.

Candidate will be responsible for both Windows and Linux physical and virtual servers as well as administration of multi-tiered COTS applications, public-cloud services, mid-tier storage arrays/SAN, security appliances, and AD/GPO.

Candidate must have a thorough understanding of multi-tiered application architecture, Windows and Linux operating systems, PowerShell, and experience working in a 24x7 mission-critical enterprise data center. Must have 5 years of Sys Admin experience in a medium-large enterprise as well as at least 1 relevant industry certification.
