PHI Health, LLC is seeking a Data Scientist for its Phoenix, Arizona location.
Job Duties: Data Analytics Strategy by preparing the data and developing reporting solutions that support decision making for different areas in the company. Collect and prepare data from multiple systems to create dashboards and other reports using analytical tools including Power BI, DAX, SSRS, and Excel. Duties include working with different directors to understand and interpret business needs and deliver business intelligence solutions. Comprehensive management background encompassing business intelligence, strategic planning, data analytics and visualization. Ability to interpreting complex data, conducting BI strategies, and leveraging analytical experience to deliver impactful data-driven insights. Telecommuting is permitted.
Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Applied Business Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience Requirements: Two (2) years of experience as a Data Scientist, Business Intelligence Developer, or related occupation. Experience must include two (2) years in each of the following:
" Conduct feasibility analysis implementing a validation process through multiple data sources.
" Conduct Business Intelligent Analysis utilizing Tableau, VBA, Strategic Analysis, Market Intelligence, and Applied Data Science.
" Leveraging project management tools to work across business groups to manage Business Intelligence assignments.
" Certification BI Expert with Tableau and/or PowerBI (Author, Designer, Analyst & Data Scientist)
Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
