Description

Basic Function: The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the execution of various sales and marketing initiatives for Seven Canyons Golf Club, including real estate, membership, events, and community outreach.  This position reports directly to the General Manager and will be in frequent communication with Club ownership, strategic partners, real estate sales executives, and marketing agencies. The Marketing Coordinator has a diverse set of responsibilities including graphic design, management of digital assets and advertising, member communication, and more. Success in this position will require a great attitude, excellent work ethic, passion for real estate and club membership, ability to work independently and as a team and a relentless drive to go above and beyond to get the job done.

 

Work Performed:

  • Update and maintain company websites
  • Manage and create social media outreach and platforms
  • Support real estate third-party advertising initiatives (MLS, Zillow, Trulia etc.) - track data and update
  • Analyze web traffic (Google analytics, others) and prepare summary presentations
  • Maintain and update digital and print brand standards
  • Lead internal marketing design and production
  • Maintain and manage company CRM platforms
  • Initiate and implement ongoing photography and view needs including execution on digital platforms and collateral
  • Participate in weekly marketing status meetings
  • Audit and review existing community collateral, and create new items as needed
  • Replenish company collateral as needed (shirts, hats, cups, koozies, bags etc.)
  • Coordinate and support community and holiday events

**Additional projects and responsibilities to be fulfilled as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree (or minimum of two years marketing course work or related job description experience)
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with full Adobe Creative Suite Preferred
  • Sound understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools
  • Must be an excellent communicator and have writing samples to prove ability to communicate clearly key messages and to influence buyers
  • Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects
  • Presentation capabilities and ability to present in a professional manner
  • Must be a team player and willing to work extra hours against tight deadlines
  • Good critical thinking skills
  • Must possess great attention to detail

 

Desired:

  • Bachelor degree in marketing, business or public relations
  • Solid knowledge/usage of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficient with Mac computers
  • Experience with social media, SEO, PPC and working with agencies
  • Experience with Word Press website CMS
  • Experience with HubSpot and/or Brightdoor CRM
  • Experience with real estate and/or private club community marketing
  • Effective understanding of latest technologies and ability to apply them in marketing
