Job Description
As a Senior Consultant for Med D Enrollment, you will support a variety of Resource Planning and Work Force Management Functions.
You will be responsible for :
- Access data, construct and manipulate large datasets to support planned analyses, using SQL and similar tools.
- Collaborate with key internal and external partners to gather and analyze needs and requirements for Long Term Forecasting.
- Manage projects related to a wide variety of financial, utilization, and business needs.
- Assisting in determining appropriate staffing levels and adjustment recommendations in order to meet budgeted targets.
- Maintain WFM data sources access, User Rosters and provide Operations leaders with user performance data.
- Position also requires interaction with senior leadership on regular basis as well as facilitating meetings as needed.

Required Qualifications
A combination of two or more qualifications listed below:
- 2+ years of previous work experience in data analysis and predictive modeling
- 2+ years’ experience using advanced technical skills, with some experience in SQL
- 2+ years of experience with statistics and workforce management
-2+ years of experience with Verint, IEX or other scheduling software
- 2+ years of leader experience in Enrollment Production Applications EMA, Fazal.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Tableau
- Experience with relational databases

Preferred Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required. College BA/BS Degree preferred.
