Job Description
Project Manager role with CVS Health's PMO that is driven by a vision to "improve the quality of human life" of those we serve by making innovative and high-quality health and pharmacy services safe, affordable and easy to access.
Provides supervision and guidance to the project management team, oversees various systems projects of significant magnitude in terms of complexity, cost, time-constraints, internal and external staffing
Manage change and promote continuous improvement of project management related processes.
Ensure delivery of project and programs are on time, on budget and fall within organizational performance targets administered by the PMO, as well as adhere to the best practices and standard approaches for program and project management
Actively pursues issue resolution, and communicates project status/issues to business stakeholders and operational management.

Required Qualifications
5+ years experience in project management with application development
3+ years experience with methodologies and frameworks such as Agile, SCRUM, RUP or Waterfall.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project

Preferred Qualifications
5+ years experience using planning and estimation software such ass Microsoft project or clarity
SDLC / logistics
PM experience in the Healthcare industry
Background in IT program management, budget management and execution.
Programming experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other Project Management Certification
Experience managing a PMO enterprise organization
Ability to operate effectively in a large, complex, and diverse global organization.
Distribution background.

Bachelor's degree required
