Job Description
The overall objective of this position is to assist the Retrospective ESRD Recoupment business unit in bringing Clients and Dialysis Facilities to a quick and accurate resolution for the Medicare Part "D" vs "B" determinations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining the ESRD Recoupment database, CMS Audits, ESRD reporting as required/scheduled, reviewing and communicating Medicare Part D coverage determination status.
- Researching and responding to client inquiries and internal reporting to the different supporting teams
- Monitoring of the team general email box
- Providing guidance and assistance as needed including issuance of refunds, sending determination letters, and general inquiries
- Assist with regular quality reviews and assessments
- Make recommendations for process improvements
- May be assigned to special projects as needed

Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years prior business experience within finance and/or accounting

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in analysis of financial data including reconciliations.
- Some experience in data mining/manipulation.
- Experience in MS Access is desired.
- Knowledge and/or experience with PBM operating systems are desirable.
- Must be well organized and able to work successfully under pressure handling high work volume
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be capable of working well in a team setting and well as an individual contributor

Verifiable High School diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's Degree in business or related field strongly preferred.
