Are you passionate about Quality & Accreditation as well as analytics? Do you want to make a difference in Health Care? The Quality Analyst position will be responsible for providing Quality & Accreditation support for delegated standards as well a URAC accredited Clinical program.
A successful candidate will have an understanding and interest in Quality and Accreditation as well as data reporting.
This candidate will provide research and reporting for Quality and Accreditation initiatives as well as analyze and trend clinical data outcomes working in a collaborative working relationship with the clinical management staff.
Candidate will be able to write, run and format reporting for management reviews using SAS EG, Excel and PowerPoint. Candidate should be familiar with working with Tableau Desktop for standard updates as well creation of new dashboards.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide Business analysis and development support for Accreditation supporting internal and external customers
- Provide analytic support for clinical quality initiatives including NCQA accreditation and HEDIS efforts
- Monitor changes related to accreditation data to identify enhancements for analytic approaches
- Assist in quality control analysis to ensure client satisfaction and performance guarantees are met and/or exceeded
- Consulting and advising on accreditation reporting and analysis

Required Qualifications
-Experience with healthcare related Quality and/or Accreditation standards
-1 year + experience with MS Office products, SAS and analytic tools for monitoring Accreditation activities
-1 year + Experience with Tableau Desktop development and maintenance processes
-Experience with Adobe Professional for redacting and annotating documents
-Ability to effectively communicate and present to management team
-Ability to prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines and manage multiple, competing demands
-Must be detail oriented and willing to perform redundant data entry and reporting tasks

Preferred Qualifications
Prior Quality, Accreditation or Health Plan experience. Can train the right person.

Education
Bachelors Degree in healthcare or analytics related fields preferred.
