Exciting career opportunity as a Pharmacy Technician I -Clinical Assistant FEP, you will be working within the Medication Therapy Management (MTM) side of Pharmacy as an engaged and valued team member. Working as a Clinical Assistant you will be helping our members on their path to better health every single day by providing top notch customer service. All of our technicians work a guaranteed 40 hour work week, we assist our members Monday through Friday, no weekends and no holidays.

You will be handling general questions about the service and support all phases of the care process starting with enrollment, creation and maintenance of an electronic medical/pharmacy record, appointment scheduling, and care plan processing/mailing. The Clinical Assistant I is essential to ensuring medication therapy management services are provided to plan members. The Clinical Assistant I position is responsible for supporting inbound and outbound calls from plan members, document activity and maintain electronic medical records while providing the highest quality healthcare and service to plan members and other internal and external partners. As part of the Pharmacy Technician I -Clinical Assistant FEP team, you will have an important, uniquely rewarding role putting your Pharmacy Technician skills and experiences to work by collaborating directly with patient and the pharmacist team. Additional responsibilities of the Pharmacy Technician I -Clinical Assistant FEP include:-Superb communication and customer skills-Ensuring medication therapy management services are provided to plan members-Strong written/verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills-Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills

Required Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License with PTCB Certification (both in good standing)
-OR-
- Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License with NHA Certification (both in good standing)
-OR-
- Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician Trainee License (in good standing)
* Tech Trainee must also have a minimum of 6 months pharmacy experience or graduated an accredited Pharmacy Technician Program
* Arizona Pharmacy Technician License with either PTCB or NHA Certification must be obtained within 365 days of start date

Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of CVS Health experience or 1 year of experience working in a retail, hospital, medical office, or pharmacy setting, highly preferred
- PC skills in Windows-based applications
- Understanding of managed care, preferred

Education
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED equivalent
