The Information Technology Division (ITD) of the Arizona Supreme Court is seeking an OnBase System Administrator to join a team of technology professionals. This position is responsible for coordinating all technical aspects of installation, maintenance, and support of electronic document management systems used for statewide operations, including integration with individual systems not under the control of the Information Technology Division. The position provides daily support functions for several document management systems and acts as first point contact for the customer support center. 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate must have a Bachelors’ degree plus five years’ experience related to supporting information technology systems including three years demonstrated experience supporting an enterprise content management system, or the document management system environment. Relevant work experience may substitute for educational requirements.

This position requires expert technical knowledge and experience determining requirements for, implementing, and supporting enterprise electronic document management systems. This position also requires current Hyland OnBase OCSA, OCASA and OCWA certification, demonstrated ability to work on innovative and/or complex, large-scale, long-term projects, and experience in managing multiple complex technical projects simultaneously and light statewide travel.

SELECTION PROCESS:
