How do we show that we have customer service experience if we've never worked in a call center before? Lisa gives us some great advice on how to pull from the experience we do have and tailor it for a call center resume.

Some companies rely more on their internal application process than your resume. Lisa talks about the way her company views it.

First impressions are lasting. So who are you trying to impress? The receptionist? The Valet? The Interviewer? The answer is all of the above. Every person that sees you while you are at a company will at some point relay their experience with you to the recruiter or the hiring manager.

Whether it's a at a job fair, an interview, or even in the parking lot, you as a job seeker are always being interviewed. So, put on your game-face and make it count.

Cecilia tells us the things that bother her during an interview.

Don't just answer with "yes" or "no". Answer the questions with examples from your work experience. Show the recruiter that you know how to handle any situation that arises.
