Gretchen Holmes, Communities in Schools of Arizona, Youth Development Coordinator, explains about the ASPIRE program that is avaialble to yourth ages 14 - 21, who have dropped out or are at risk of dropping out of school. Youth are encouraged to plan for their future and work hard to succeed.
