ADF is seeking a highly skilled Software Developer located in our Scottsdale Arizona office.

As the Software Developer, your role is to build and maintain applications, based on specifications provided by the customer. You will be responsible for the user interface, business-layer, and backend development; therefore, it would be beneficial for you to be competent in user experience design, programming, and data architecture. You may be regularly interfacing with end-users to gather requirements and request feedback.

You will work with the Project Manager and, at times, directly with end-users to gather requirements. Once requirements have been documented, you will be responsible for delivering a quality product within the established timeframe, relatively bug-free. You will maintain products that you have built, as well as existing products built by other developers. You will meet with end-users to provide training, conduct usability testing, and request feedback.

Skills / Requirements

* 2+ years of professional C# experience.
* Proficiency in ASP.NET Web Forms, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MSSQL.
* Experience with the following is a plus: ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server Reporting Services, jQuery, Ajax, and source control.
* Must be good at problem solving.
* Must be familiar with the SDLC. Agile/Iterative Development experience preferred.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills are required. Applicant should be servant oriented to both customers and coworkers and find joy in helping others.
* Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment.
* Ideal applicant is a self-starter who excels with little supervision.
