SPA MANAGER for a Suddenly Slimmer Day Spa located in the prestigious Biltmore area of Phoenix. The spa has been family owned and operated for over 15 years and are proud to be the first day spa in Arizona to offer wellness and med spa services.

The Spa Manager will manage a staff of 30 employees that consists of Day Spa and Med Spa employees. Individual must be results-driven sales and management professional that is eager to apply dynamic business development, communication, and relationship building skills toward actively supporting the company in optimizing sales and profits.

Responsibilities:
-- Facilitate day to day operations, profit and loss management, creating and presenting annual business plans, and quarterly sales analysis.
-- Build successful teams through recruiting, interviewing and hiring key players
-- Train staff to address any and all customer service challenges
-- Train staff to precisely communicate benefits of our menu of products / services to generate sales revenue.
-- Oversee the entire operation of appointment booking, inventory control of back bar and retail, check in/checkout clients.
-- Assist executive management team in establishing and achieving staff sales goal and motivating them to achieve higher level of customer satisfaction and performance.
-- The Spa Manager will report directly to Spa Director, and will assist them with various tasks, including but not limited to: inventory control, cost controls, payroll, cash register control & deposits, training employees and organize weekly staff meetings and other administrative tasks.

Skills / Requirements

Requirements:
-- Must have a completed college degree to the level of Bachelor's
-- Must be able to work evenings and weekends and all holidays as needed.
-- A minimum of 3 years‚ experience in operational management, sales and marketing.
-- Must be proficient in: Microsoft office software such as: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word and have excellent verbal and written skills.
-- A working knowledge in QuickBooks and have experience in reconciling daily receipts and bank deposits.
-- Candidates with management experience in Hotel, hospitality, spa or Med spa environment will receive first consideration.
-- This role requires the ability to demonstrate sales proficiency and work well under pressure and with different personalities.
-- Must have business knowledge and understand how to set budgets and meet budgets.
-- Must be able to meet all company goals and ensure that staff members follow company policies and meet their goals. Must be professional and understand the operations of spa business.
