Job: Retail Sales Representative (Digital Store)

As a Digital Store Representative, you will work in a retail environment to sell Cox's products and services to both new and existing customers, look for sales opportunities and ways to increase revenue on every interaction while ensuring a positive customer experience. You will expand existing customer relationships, where possible, and provide best in class service.

Job Summary:
Promote quality first contact resolution interactions through counter contact experiences, while maintaining high performance teams and centers to educate customers of current and future products, as well as availability of services for the purposes of maximizing RGU goals across all product service lines - Video, Digital, Voice, and Data. Ensure adherence to Accounting of financial information. May be assigned to a two, three, or four product store.
