REPORTS ANALYST - FULL TIME OPPORTUNITY -
Acquinity Interactive operates one of the largest online marketplaces that allows advertisers to target broad and niche audiences on a cost per performance basis. As we are expanding our CALL CENTER operations to the Gilbert, Arizona location, we are looking for a REPORTS ANALYST to support our call center.
We have an immediate need to fill this role with a person seeking a professional and friendly company environment. We need someone who is outgoing, flexible, dependable, and is customer service oriented.
Job Requirements
* Accurately build very detailed reports and specifications
*Calculate commissions, maintain and/or develop database for program plans
* Special projects - create, build, maintain, enter data
* Work closely with department managers with a variety of detailed projects
* Complex spreadsheet reports and data tracking
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PERFORM THESE ADVANCED FUNCTIONS.

Qualified candidates will need:
* 5 plus years of experience, preferably in an inbound/outbound call center
* High level of computer literacy, ability to learn programs quickly
* Expert level of Excel program work, knowledge of spreadsheets, charts, graphs
* Have an eye for detail, ability to focus on results
* Able to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
* Flexible
* Previous experience working in the capacity of a workforce manager would be helpful
