Food Standards & Practice:
Observes, assesses & coaches food preparation, quality & safety standards. Coaches new product preparation.

Customer Service:
Develops strong on-going relationships with customers. Coaches accuracy with speed. Understands how to use customer-focused metrics to drive improvement. Coaches employee & customer IUE.

Operating System Execution & Evaluation:
Integrates operating system execution & restaurant planning processes for maximum effectiveness.

Financial Accountability & Business Understanding:
Develops forecasts & targets around key sales, customer, & labor metrics. Demonstrates personal effectiveness using technology. Coaches marketing window execution.

Policies, Procedures & Compliance:
Coaches company policies, procedures, & external compliance. Reports and completes safety/security follow-up requirements.

Problem-Solving & Time Management:
Anticipates & solves for problems.
