Jobing Description

The Program Manager position is an account management role that includes working with clients, vendors, partners and internal teams to launch and support client initiatives. The Program Manager will be responsible for recommending to clients and partners the best way to service their programs. They will also be responsible for keeping the customer apprised of project status with bug fixes and enhancements and to assist them with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and their transition from test to production. The role requires a complete understanding of the program websites from both a technical and business rule perspective. The role will be responsible for gathering, validating and reporting site defects. Additionally this role will function as primary point of contact for clients‚ on-going issues and enhancement requests. Project management skills and experience with website and database applications will be necessary for success in this position. Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as a positive attitude are essential to the role. Summary of essential job functions: Professionally provide service to clients and partners via telephone and email correspondence. Consult clients on their program in relation to the Incentive Programs, Incentive web site, reports, and tools and provide recommendations on how to resolve issues. Collect, gather, and validate all reported defects. Determine if reported defect is an enhancement request, valid defect or otherwise. Submit defect findings into tracking systems for processing. Perform report and funding audits for assigned clients. Deliver results to clients and management, when applicable. Getting answers to requirements related questions for the development team for project enhancements. Providing demos of completed functionality to the customer/end users as it becomes available. Leading/guiding the customer through the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase of the project.

Skills / Requirements

Effective verbal and written communication skills Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Previous experience in a software development organization a plus Basic database skills, including the ability to select, update, insert and delete using the SQL language also a plus. Required: B.S. or M.S. in a related field or equivalent experience Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Agile/SCRUM User Story Creation a plus Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and T-SQL a plus

Important Notes

Work Hours: This is a salaried position at approximately 40 hours per week in the office; typically Monday through Friday. Occasional overtime is required. Review Periods: Reviews are performed quarterly as part of our bonus program.
