We are currently seeking quality individuals to join our professional security team at a prominent high-tech client site. Securitas has been providing consistent & reliable services to this client for over 25 years. Were looking to staff full time (day/night shift) Premiere Service Agent (PSA) positions.

Premier Service Agent Program Scope of Work
The primary role of the Premier Service Agent will be to daily greet and process all employees and visitors in accordance with post orders and site access control policies, while providing a vital role in customer service by helping to create a positive interaction experience for anyone entering an Intel lobby, every time. Premier Service Agent will consistently interact with employees and guests from varied backgrounds and walks of life, and therefore must have a talent and passion for customer service, strong interpersonal skills, and a well-rounded perspective on different cultures and personalities. Premier Service Agent will need to focus to ensure wherever possible that the inquiries and requests of our employees and guests are fully met, with the goal of customer satisfaction being paramount. The lobby agent must be fully familiar with all aspects of the local community, including geography, directions, amenities, services, etc., as our guests and employees will look to the Premier Service Agent to provide answers to questions, informed alternatives to suggestions, and assistance in problem resolution.

PSA Expectations

Position will require, but not be limited to:

1.Controls access to client site or facility through the admittance process; assists visitors/customers having a legitimate need to gain entry to the facility; screens visitors and client employees in an efficient manner in order to expedite their admittance to the site or facility.

2.Plays a vital role in the daily customer service experience. Whether the person entering the lobby is a first-time visitor to Intel, or a long-term employee arriving for another day at work, the Premier Service Agent will help to create an atmosphere that is courteous, respectful, and pleasant, and which projects an overall positive image of Corporate Services, and Security.

3.Personnel must have excellent verbal and written communication, time management, and problem solving skills. Communications and engagement will at all times be in a manner that is open, honest and responsive. Must have strong knowledge of the site and surrounding vicinity, such that questions regarding location of rooms, facilities, amenities, services, etc. are easily answered with well-informed responses.

4.Prepares logs, documents and reports as required for site and takes action as required.

5.Observes and reports all incidents or suspicious activity to client representatives, company management, life/safety personnel or public safety authorities as appropriate for the circumstances and/or as required by the site.

6.Responds to or facilitates reporting and response to incidents of fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, flooding, water discharge, elevator emergency, hazardous materials, inclement weather, and other incidents or conditions following procedures established for the site, by the company, and/or through training or certification.

7.Carries out specific tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as required for the assigned site.

8.Personnel must be energetic, self-motivated, highly flexible and creative, and should be capable of improvising solutions to customer issues not covered by post orders or standard procedures, within the guidelines established by the client.

9.First impressions are critical. The candidate should strive to make the best possible impression within the first ten seconds of a customer encounter. Customers must feel welcomed and quickly integrated into the lobby experience.

Minimum PSA Hiring Standards
* 2-4 years of previous work experience in customer service or related field. Associates degree preferred.
* Demonstrated talent for strong customer orientation, coaching, counseling and facilitating.
* Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
* Experience with business software and equipment, to include Microsoft Office. internet, email, fax and phone equipment.
* Demonstrated ability to multi-task effectively.
* Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (fluent in a 2nd language will be a plus)
* Ability to work effectively both individually and in a team
* Demonstrated relevant experience to integrating into different cultural environments


Competencies
* Knowledge of security operations and procedures are required (training provided)
* Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with high-level customer/client base.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures.

Skills / Requirements

-Previous experience at a large security account or high-tech facility is a plus, but not necessary since we will train the right candidate
-Excellent comprehension & communications skills a must
-Maturity and willingness to learn & progress in a fast paced setting
-Ability to multi-task: retain information and follow directives accordingly
-Computer skills preferred - but beginner skill level is acceptable in current positions
-Minimum of 18 years of age
-High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent, or the ability to complete a G.E.D. program in 6 months (diploma required for some positions)
-A reliable means of communication (e.g. pager or phone; such as cellular or home phone)
-A reliable means of transportation (public or private; such as subway, bus, etc...).
-Clean driving record is recommended (free of recent major infractions)
-The legal right to work in the United States
-The ability to effectively speak, read, and write English
-We also require a drug screen, background check, and an adherence to a dress code
-Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods (all exterior posts are equipped with air conditioning, drinking stations and rest room facilities)

Important Notes

- Some of the positions available are M-F, 40 hours per week. Others may be on "compressed workweeks" via 12-hour shifts. One week working 36 hours and the next 48 hours (including one weekend day off per week). For compressed posts, there is overtime built-in to each biweekly paycheck. Candidate would work 3 days on/4 days off then 4 days on/3 days off on a set rotating schedule. Some are Monday-Friday with weekends off. ALL POSITIONS ARE UNARMED.
