As a call center representative for Shell Vacations, you will be assisting clients with their vacation needs via telephone. You will be contacting current and potential timeshare owners of the Shell Vacations Club and offering several different marketing campaigns at our resorts (packages, inbound programs, outbound programs). We're looking for people with great customer service and sales skills. New to it? No problem! We have a great training program and the leadership to get you on top. Skills / Requirements
1 year successful sales experience preferred.
Ability to work in an environment with sales goals and be/become a strong closer.
Requires strong oral communication skills.
Must have ability to process and accurately enter written information into computer database.
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
