Acquinity Interactive operates one of the largest online marketplaces that allows advertisers to target broad and niche audiences on a cost per performance basis. As we are expanding our operations to the Gilbert, Arizona location, we are looking for Part Time Inbound/Outbound Marketing Professionals to support our call center.

$12 hourly base compensation plus the opportunity for an UNCAPPED commission structure! Employees have the ability to earn a total compensation of $17.00 PLUS per hour! Part time evening shift (Monday - Thursday 4pm-9pm and Saturday 10am - 4pm; NO FRIDAY or SATURDAY NIGHTS) and WORK FROM HOME availability after successful completion of on-site initial training.

Required Experience:
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Telephone Sales experience preferred
* Effective selling skills including good reasoning ability
* Proficient in telephone communication is essential
* Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting, and selling products or services
* Ability to communicate with customers, management, and other co-workers, both individually and in front of a group is crucial
* Ability to proactively connect with prospects, excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt to change and work at a faster-than-average pace
* Strong initiative and competitive drive
* Motivated by opportunity and commissions IN ADDITION to base wage
* Confident in guiding the process towards company goals
* Ability to work independently with solid time-management and organization skills

Compensation:
$12.00/hour
Comments: Competitive hourly compensation! An opportunity for a performance-based (UNCAPPED) COMMISSION structure.
