Arizona Central Credit Union has an exceptional opportunity for Part-time Call Center Associates. We are looking for candidates who enjoy providing excellent service and promoting products that benefit our members! Call Center Associate responsibilities include: To answer incoming calls from members or potential members to determine their needs and/or the subject of their call in a timely manner. To perform transactions, address concerns, and provide information regarding member accounts. To promote Credit Union products and services, and to provide accurate, professional, friendly service to all callers. If you enjoy building relationships and providing exceptional customer service in a fast paced team environment this may be the job for you. Must be comfortable in a sales environment and able to meet set sales goals. Bilingual Spanish Speaking preferred. Hours needed: 11a to 3p Mon to Fri, and some Sats 9a to1p.
Skills / Requirements
Experience: 6 months call center experience required. Call Center/Banking experience preferred. Education: High School diploma or equivalent required. Other Skills: Excellent communication skills required. Ability to promote products and services to achieve sales goals is essential. Bilingual Spanish preferred. Must have a working knowledge of MS Office. Hours needed: 11a to 3p Mon to Fri, and some Sats 9a to1p.
