EMPACT-SPC (Suicide Prevention Center), a member agency of La Frontera Arizona, is an industry leading non-profit organization dedicated to providing valued community services and resources for behavioral health counseling, crisis intervention, and suicide prevention since 1987. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. We have openings for an OUTPATIENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST both at our Glendale location. We need a front office representative with previous experience as front desk customer service (preferably in a medical environment), that can represent our agency professionally, treat our clients with respect and in a caring manner.

Skills and job requirements:
* Must be able to maintain confidentiality
*Must have a fingerprint clearance card, or be eligible to qualify to obtain one
*Ability to work as a team, professional demeanor, computer literate
*Minimum of a High School education (diploma) or GED *Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus!!
*Ability to multi-task and prioritze work effectively
*Ability to answer a multi-line phone and manage incoming calls appropriately
*Reliable, flexible and able to commit to the shift required to work
