A large lending firm in Tucson is looking to hire a full time Mortgage Assistant. A Mortgage Assistant provides support to processors and closers by gathering faxes, making follow up phone calls, copying all mortgage documents. Duties also include loan correspondence, documentation and research. Mortgage assistants are responsible for working closely with both internal and external customers to meet their service needs.

Skills / Requirements

Any banking or mortgage experience preferred. Strong organizational skills, ability to multi task and Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel are a must.
