Arizona Central Credit Union has an exceptional opportunity for a Member Service Officer at our Chandler office. We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team!!
Primary responsibilities include:
Identify member's financial needs and offer products and services that meet such needs. Achieve established sales and service goals. Ensure members receive friendly, accurate, and timely assistance, to promote our products and services to all members, and to provide exceptional member service. To assist members with their financial transactions, open and close accounts, process loans, and problem resolution. Interview and correspond with loan applicants, prepare and process documents ensuring compliance with credit union policies and procedures.
Skills / Requirements
Experience: Minimum 6 months banking experience required.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
Other Skills: Ability to make independent comprehensive decisions. Demonstrated organizational and excellent communication skills required. Must be comfortable in a sales environment.

Saturday availability is required.
