About Us 

Westminster Village is Scottsdale’s premier, not-for-profit life care retirement community. Located at the southeast corner of the 101 and Cactus Road in sunny Scottsdale, Arizona, it was founded in 1988 by a group of friends and neighbors, who envisioned a community where people could continue their accustomed lifestyles and be assured of lifelong health care. Their idea was to assure dignity & independent living for people in their later years.

Mission

Westminster Village is dedicated to enhancing the dignity, independence, well being, and security of our residents through a balanced spectrum of residential and health care programs and services. Resources are directed to provide a caring and innovative environment to effectively benefit the residents socially, emotionally, intellectually, physically, and spiritually. The Village is equally committed to providing a welcoming, open and cooperative workplace for our staff. The Board of Directors and management are committed to sound fiscal management.

Westminster Village will continue to evolve based upon its stated values and be identified as the leading retirement community in the Scottsdale market. With a strong resident focus, Westminster Village will be recognized for its balance of care, excellence in quality of care, diverse programming and activities, and comfortable facilities and environment. Westminster will continue to be recognized as a preferred destination for staff. Westminster Village will be able to attract quality Board members, and with strong management, provide successful financial and operational results.
