Job: Resort Maintenance-PM Engineer

The Resort Maintenance professional will be responsible for assuring the resort is in good shape. You may be called on to participate in any maintenance or repair projects anywhere on the property on our 2nd shift. Primary duties include lite duty painting, dry wall, electrical and plumbing.

Education:
* High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
* Trade School - Electrical, plumbing, refrigeration/ air conditioning helpful.
* Ability to work alone without direct supervision.

Experience:
* Has worked or has general knowledge of electric, plumbing, carpentry, painting, refrigeration/air conditioning.

Skills:
* Completes assigned work orders in a timely manner.
* Must be able to understand written and verbal orders.

Physical Requirements:
* Stands and walks during most of the shift.
* Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
* Must be able to climb an extension ladder.

Environmental Factors:
* Hazards may include, but are not limited to chemical burns, slipping, tripping, cuts, electrical shock, falls and burns.
* Be able to work outside on roofs, around buildings during both winter and summer.
