Job: HOMECARE SUPPORT MANAGER

Synergy HomeCare is looking for a dynamic Franchise Support Manager for the development of new and existing franchisees in the US. This position will be located at the Corporate Headquarters for Synergy HomeCare in Gilbert, AZ. Synergy HomeCare is one of the fastest growing Home Care Franchisors with over 85 offices in 35 states.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop/improve programs and national campaigns
Provide assistance with regulatory state certifications and licensure
Support franchisees with programs
Identify non medical reimbursement sources
Deal with franchisee needs and provide answers and results on their concerns and needs
Ability to analyze franchisee performance and guide them to better/improved ways to market and operate
Train new franchisees
Some travel may be required for franchise site visits
