Professional Home Care Services, one of the valley's largest and most successful privately owned home care agencies is hiring Registered Nurses with home health experience. We have both full time, salaried and flexible per diem positions available in the West Valley.

Current license with the state of Arizona.

Minimum of 1+ years general nursing experience

Home health experience and willing to case manage a must

Self-directed, flexible and able to work with little supervision.

Good observation skills, good oral and written communication skills.

Must be a licensed driver with an automobile in good working order and insured in accordance with the requirements of the state of Arizona.
