Job: Staffing and Intake for Home Health

Professional Health Care Network is hiring for the Staffing and Intake department in the North Phoenix office. The ideal applicant will be energetic, self-directed, highly detailed and customer service oriented. CNA's, MA's and HIT's are welcome to apply.

Home health or health care support experience required

Medical terminology and working knowledge of insurance plans required

Must have pleasant, professional attitude and have demonstrated dependability

Good computer aptitude including Excel, Word, and Medisoft

Knowledge of HIPAA compliance guidelines

Self-directed, flexible and able to work with little supervision.

Good oral and written communication skills, dependable, able to follow up.

Must be able to think on your feet and make good decisions under pressure
