Job: Leasing Office Cashier

A Leasing Office Cashier is a hands on position. This job requires cashier duties, review and maintenance of driver accounts, daily review of cashier reconciliatios, credit card transaction revisions, and ensures adherence of company policies in the Leasing Office.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure that each Customer receives outstanding Customer Service. Provide a professional environment which includes professional greeting, an accurate transaction in a timely manner.
Ensures the completion of all POS transactions which includes the proper control of all cash and company charge receipts according to Company policies and procedures.
Responsible for limited billing, including but not limited to shop work orders and Credit Card revisions.
Responsible for end of shift reconciliation, verifying company charges, and ensuring compliance of Company policies, procedures and practices; and supports Company loss prevention efforts.
Any other duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Banking and or accounting experience

Cash handling and reconciliation work.

Attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure & stressful situations.

Good working knowledge of computers.

Type 30 wpm.

10 Key by touch.


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Candidates will have a High School degree. Work experience should include a minimum of two years in customer service, accounting, banking or related experience, working with money and reconciliation.


LANGUAGE SKILLS:

English
Bilingual a plus


MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Excellent


REASONING ABILITY:

Effectively communicate with customers and employees.

Read, write and count to accurately complete all company documentation.

Exercise good judgment.

Audit and maintain accounts.


PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Ability to freely walk throughout the complex including all areas of the office, customer area, count room area, and cage.
Ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the office generally weighing 0-50 pounds.
Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
No limitations as to days of the week of shift.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The Leasing Office Cashier position is located in a secure area of the office. And will at times be stressful and a high-pressure environment with immediate customer needs.
