Job: Case Manager

We are looking for Case Managers to work within the hospital closely with uninsured or under insured patients to gain coverage on government/state health insurance programs. The position would require the candidate to process necessary paperwork to establish coverage and submit to DES, follow up on eligibility and update patient accounts as needed.

This is a temp to hire position. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

All candidates must be self-sufficient, reliable, work under pressure, resolve issues and be a team player. Must have excellent customer service skills and computer experience. Strong communication skills, detailed, organized and lead by example.

DES EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

Background check and drug screen required on all potential applicants.
