Job: Sales Manager - Immediate Need

Midway Chevrolet is one of the busiest Chevrolet dealerships in Phoenix, AZ and has an immediate need for an EXPERIENCED Sales Manager. We have experienced positive sales growth even during a down economy, and are in need of a Sales Manager to manage the ever increasing sales as we move towards 2010 and keep our teams focused and successful.

Requirements:
* Previous experience running an automobile sales team
* Must be able to hire, train, motivate and improve gross profit
* Must do a daily walk around with your team...every shift...no exceptions (product knowledge)
* Must do a daily lot walk with team....new and used
* Must design and adhere to a daily training schedule over the twelve step selling system (Control Selling Steps)
* Must be able to work in a high paced environment and be able to ensure your team is set up for business for your next shift before you finish
* MUST HAVE A GREAT ATTITUDE!!!
