Job: Licensed Attorney/Legal Intake

Responsible for handling in-bound and out-bound phone inquires.

Communicates and follows up with clients informing them of the legal options.

Responsible for handling in-bound and out-bound phone inquires within required timeframe.

Must attempt to contact all inquires a minimum of 5 times within the first 5 business days of receipt of any specific inquires (via telephone and email if applicable).

Provides consistent follow-up with clients and explains legal options in a professional and ethical manner.
Provides high level of customer service following client retaining the firm.
Processes and receives paperwork from clients.
Reviews all client documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Complies with financial guidelines of legal options.
Resolves client and co-worker conflicts in a professional and ethical manner.
Adheres to attendance policy, arriving on time and working the required number of
hours each day.
Any other duties assigned by management.

Education: JD degree. Licensed Attorney


Experience: Familiarity with credit reports.

Technical Skills:
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
