The Field Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the implementation of all marketing related promotions and events at the store level.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Participates in all brainstorming sessions surrounding promotional ideas and marketing strategies, sharing product knowledge and market trends to assist in the strategy development Manages the development and implementation of all marketing materials as needed to ensure they are strategically sound, operational smooth, well- received by managers/crews, and in the marketplace as quickly as possible Maintains updated schedule of all marketing initiatives and their time into the market place Maintains constant communication with Marketing Director regarding project/promotional program progress and any notable setbacks to the schedule Executes in-store audits to ensure brand standards and marketing materials are consistent among all customer touchpoints, requesting corrections as needed Collects and reports on all redeemed store coupons and forwards report to Marketing Director for promotional ROI analysis. Collects and analyzes all competitor pricing to monitor market trends
Skills / Requirements
Education: College degree required. Concentration in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred.
Experience: Strong leadership and solution-oriented skills; marketing implementation and strategic planning experience; a proven track record in administering a marketing program.
Required Skills: Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with all personality types. Must possess a strong work ethic and have solutions -oriented approach to challenges. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
