Now Hiring - General Managers

Our General Managers are crucial players on a dynamic management team. You'll always know your value to the organization and to the managers and staff personnel you supervise. You will play a key role in designing and managing the work environment and systems that will make them successful -- and, in turn, insure your own success.

As a unit manager, you will help lead the hiring process for your store and oversee the training and development of your personnel. You will direct the business activities of the entire operation. You will sharpen your existing skills by working with other professionals on a "state-of-the-art" measure-analyze-manage concept that puts incredible managerial tools and controls in your hands.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate should have successful previous experience in a restaurant setting, plus strong coaching and training skills to help others grow their careers, 'over the top' customer service skills, and super organizational skills.

One year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The General Manager must be able to stand for long periods without a break, and be able to travel to the bank, other restaurants, Area Office, etc.
