Jobing Description
Primary Responsibility:

The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the Vice President, Finance and Purchasing and supporting the Accounts Payable function.

Primary (Essential) Duties:
1. Provide administrative support to Vice President, Finance and Purchasing
2. Assist with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, purchase orders and check processing
3. Prepare journal entries and monthly bank reconciliations
4. Research accounting inquiries
5. Filing and other duties as assigned




Skills / Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Basic understanding of Accounting Principles
Basic understanding Great Plains Accounting System, a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook
Must be detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks
Pleasant demeanor in working across departments

Qualifications:
2 years general or administrative experience
Finance or Accounting office experience
Associates Degree or related coursework, preferred
