Jobing Description
As a Customer Support Specialist with Merchants Information Solutions, you will be an important player with one of the industry leaders in pre-employment background screening services. You will handle inbound calls to answer client questions, make outbound calls to complete employment and education verifications, and perform data entry of customer orders and criminal records searches. You will be an important member of a very skilled team whose primary mission is to help our business clients identify the best candidates for their hiring needs. This is a unique opportunity to work with an Arizona company with a 97 year history of success, situated in central Phoenix.
This is a temporary, full time position Mondays through Fridays and expected to last 16 to 20 weeks beginning December 1st. Skills / Requirements
Previous Work Experience Required in one or multiple of these fields:
• Customer Support in a phone environment (2 years or more) • Consumer Credit Bureau • Consumer Credit Processing • Employment Verification • Criminal Records Research Education: • High School diploma or equivalent Other Preferred Skills or Experience: • Bi-lingual (Spanish) Important Notes
