This successful candidate in this position will enjoy assisting members that call or email into the credit union. He/she will be responsible for answering questions and concerns from members and potential members. The individual will make transfers and payments for members, process loan advances, and quote loan payoffs. Additionally, the candidate will cross-sell Desert Schools products and services. He/she will do required research to assist members in corrections/explanations of transactions on their accounts. Other duties may be assigned.

1-2 years experience in a call center environment

Bilingual in Spanish
