Job: Driver - P/t on Call

Provide transportation to behavioral health program daily from, consumer homes and agencies, throughout the Casa Grande and surrounding areas.

Maintain van cleanliness.
Implement safety inspection of vehicle daily.
Document the inspection results on the Vehicle Maintenance Log form.
Document any regular maintenance procedures that need to be completed and/or any repairs required.
Communicate, coordinate and obtain authorization to complete maintenance and repairs.
Facilitate needed repair and maintenance of vehicle.
Adhere to safety and transportation policies.
Transport and delivery of inter-office mail and documentation.
Minimal errands
Maintain a “Vehicle Maintenance Log Manual” for your program.
Maintain monthly Vehicle Mileage Logs
Submit monthly vehicle inspection and mileage logs to the Immediate Supervisor.
Ensure each vehicle has the required safety equipment in approved working condition.
Ensure each vehicle has a Vehicle Emergency Packet located in the Driver’s position visor.
Ensure each vehicle has current vehicle registration and proof of current Agency auto insurance.
