Job: Sr Analyst, Operations Performance and Statistics

Develop and produce company-wide reports and presentations on operational performance.

Work with other business groups to understand their business needs and develop automated reporting as per the requirements.

Develop web-based or Hyperion based reports and dashboards.

Develop complex queries to obtain data from multiple sources.

Interact with IT in development of data marts to address the various evolving business requirements.

Investigate and implement automation in reporting and data extraction methods.

Coordinate with sales, finance, corp. communications, operational groups, and the rest of the organization on information needs.

Support strategic direction for enterprise wide performance information solutions.

Work and coordinate with multiple departments on a variety of ad-hoc data needs.

A Graduate degree in MIS/CS
At least one year of equivalent work experience
Advanced aptitude in problem solving, including the ability to logically structure an appropriate analytical framework.
Ability to negotiate and communicate proficiently with all levels of management.
Ability to mine and manipulate large amounts of data, and create effective summaries, KPI, or scorecards required.
Excellent leadership and teamwork skills with proven ability to work effectively in a variety of situations.
Experience in BI, with Hyperion IR or other tools.
Experience with automation (VBA, forms, macros, scheduler, etc.) and data extraction tools (SQL, SAS, etc.) required.
Web application development experience is preferred.
Some proficiency in mainframe systems is a plus.
