Job: Analyst 1, Technologies Lead

Establish and maintain working relationships with internal business customer departments, internal IT support groups and vendors to achieve project goals using available resources.
Conduct business analysis and coordinate technology delivery to support business automation requirements of internal business customers.
Responsible for completing compliance and supporting documentation required for business processes.
Provide project coordination of medium projects and / or develop requirements documents, testing scripts, and act as a liaison with the business and other internal IT groups.
Deliver technology solutions for the business within established and approved schedule, scope and resources.
Communicate project status to management and business groups.
Communicate information technology plans, policies and procedures to staff, suppliers and customers

5+years IT experience, primarily focused in business analysis
Knowledge of Business Process methodologies, Software Development methodologies, and Object Oriented Design
Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems or computer science preferred
Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation
Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word.\, Access, and PowerPoint) as well as MS Project
Motivated team player with excellent planning, organization, analytical and problem solving abilities as well as outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Airline industry knowledge a plus
