Job: Customer Service Person

We are currently taking applications for Full Time Customer Service People to monitor and control over 400 employees working in the field. These are SWING and GRAVEYARD shifts.

Must relay information from officers in the field to surrounding police departments via radio. Taking calls for service and relaying information to officers in the field. Must have experience in customer service and working on the phone. Experience with Word, Excel and Outlook is a plus.

1. Must be 18yrs or older.
2. Have no felony convictions.
3. Have no misdemeanor convictions within the last 5 years.
4. Must have good customer relations skills.
5. Good telephone/radio communication skills is a must.
6. Must be able to type 35+ words per minute.
7. Must be available for EVENINGS, NIGHTS, AND/OR WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS,
06:00pm through 08:00 am
8. Must be able to multi-task.
9. Experience in dispatching is a plus, but other related experience may
substitute. We will train the right person!
10. Must own a vehicle
