Job: Companion/Caregiver/CNA/Live-In

Caregivers-Do you want to earn more than a paycheck!!!

At Beech Home Care and Medical, Inc. our caregivers do just that, earn a lot more than a paycheck. Not only does our staff provide professional caregiving services to allow our clients to remain independent in their own home, but also aide them in living a quality life like no other. And our clients also impact and change our caregivers too.

Our caregivers help in the following ways:
* Assist with walking and light exercise
* Plan and prepare meals followed by clean up
* Light housekeeping to include light dusting and light vacuuming
* Laundry
* Supervise household maintenance such as plumber, gardener, etc.
* Run errands (grocery shopping, doctors appointments)
* Provide incidental transportation using client or caregiver car

Other Requirements
* Document activities in the Care Plan Book daily
* Record hours worked on the Client Time Sheet and submit a signed time sheet weekly
* Report any significant client changes to the office immediately

* Must have reliable vehicle (insured in Arizona with at least the minimum level of liability insurance) and no more than 2 moving violations or 1 accident.
* Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect
* Ability to read and write English at an average adult level
* Ability to speak English clearly, both in person and on the phone
* Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations
* CPR/First Aid/ Fingerprint Clearance Card will be needed prior to working with clients - We offer CPR/First Aid training and can help you process your fingerprint clearance card
