Job: Patient Advocate

We are currently hiring for a Patient Advocate at our Administration Office located at 3010 W. Agua Fria Freeway, Suite 100, Phoenix, AZ 85027 (I-17 and 101 Freeway).

The Patient Advocate:

1. Assists the Triage and Clinical Care Department in resolving patient concerns and complaints.

2. Processes all grievances and complaints and works with staff to resolve concerns and improve services.

3. Tracks and analyzes all concerns and complaints. Identifies trends and makes recommendations.

4. Reports on problem areas and suggests improvements.

5. Gathers and researches appropriate information. Provides feedback to patients.

6. Assists patients with reimburses and community resources.

7. Must be able to communicate with patients and physicians.

Candidate must enjoy being a problem solver and interacting with our patients!

EDUCATION: Medical Assistant (MA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or clinical/nursing background preferred.

EXPERIENCE: 3 - 5 years experience in the Healthcare field is required as a Medical Assistant or LPN. LPN is preferred. Customer service and problem solving skills are required.
