Jobing Description
Property Management office in Goodyear is looking for a dynamic person to think "outside the box!!" Person MUST be a licensed Arizona Real Estate Agent. We are a very busy office that focuses on the Management of Single Family Homes.

Responsibilities include: Tenant communications is the primary focus of this job. Applicant should have strong customer service skills, work well under pressure, and know how to multitask.

Duties include: Application processing, preparation of leases, maintenance work orders, advertising of all properties on various websites including MLS, HOA violation letters, coordinating move-in inspections, and interface with various city agencies.

We are a growing company looking for a long term employee. This position has the opportunity to manage your own portfolio in the future.

This position starts right away!

Skills / Requirements
* Current Arizona Real Estate License required.
* Ability to multitask and think "outside the box"
* Ability to work under pressure and time constraints.
* Great customer service / phone skills.
* Excel, Word, and Outlook experience required.
* Ability to start right away.
